You begin your building adventure in the care of one of our experienced guides. We go to great lengths to establish just what is important to you. A Project Brief explores your housing needs and dreams in great detail.
Using the information in your Project Brief we begin to develop a design that expertly reflects your needs. Our in-house design facility, which is available only to our clients, can save up to 7% of your construction costs.
We respect the importance of every client’s investment, irrespective of budget, and devote the same care and attention to every project. And as we only build houses, you enjoy the benefits of our specialisation.
Traditionally, designing a new home takes place before building costs are known. And when the cost is finally known it is often more than anticipated and can lead to disappointment, anger, frustration and the need to start all over again!
Using the BUILD™ system there is no confusion with cost. With Stibbard Homes you receive your InvestmentProposal, sketch plan and fully detailed, easy to understand list of inclusions before investing in the final design process.
The construction of your home is planned very carefully before building commences. You have a Completion Date included in your building contract. You receive regular updates of progress so you can make your future plans with confidence.
During construction you attend regular site meetings to inspect progress (after hours if necessary), to position essential things like power points and fittings, to discuss paint with our painter or tiles with the tiler; all of which can be a little puzzling on a plan.
Stibbard Homes is a member of Building Ethics Australia (http://www.buildingethics.com.au/). Your home is inspected by an independant building consultant who assess and authorises progress payments. This "safety net" is only available to selected builders who satisfy stringent quality and financial benchmarks and provides our clients with extra peace of mind.
