Neil Albert - Managing Director/Designer

Neil grew up on the North Coast of NSW. After graduating from Newcastle University he worked as a industrial arts teacher at Bourke and Singleton High Schools.

Neil is a member of the Building Designers Association of Australia and has been the creative architectural force at Stibbard Homes for over 12 years. He was appointed Managing Director in 2005 and has overall responsibility for the management of the company.

Neil's talents for transforming our client's ideas into practical, innovative designs have earned him an enviable reputation in the Hunter Valley. His work has won a number of building industry awards.

Samantha Stibbard - Client Liaison and Company Secretary

Samantha grew up in Singleton and worked for several years in the Town Planning department at Singleton Council.

After varied occupations worldwide, Sam joined Stibbard Homes in 2001. Her responsibilties include corporate and administrative compliance issues, accounts supervision as well as the job she enjoys the most, client liaison.

In this role, Samantha assists our clients source and select the many (and often esoteric) inclusions that personalise their homes - often challenging but very satisfying.

Jason Rose - Construction Manager/Estimator

Jason brings a wealth of building and estimating experience with him as well as an eye for detail and quality finish.

David Stibbard - Director

David is the founder of Stibbard Homes and has over 35 years experience in the housing industry.
