David Stibbard Constructions Pty Ltd began life in Singleton on 1 August, 1979. Trading as Stibbard Homes, we began with a vision of specialising in home building.
After some years concentrating on project homes , including partnerships with some of Australia's largest builders, we perceived a need in the increasingly sophisticated Hunter Valley market for individually designed homes.
An increasing number of clients were telling us that their personal needs could not be satisfied by an off-the-rack home.
And we liked the idea of involving our clients in the designing and building process. They could achieve what they wanted and we could see great professional satisfaction for ourselves. So we set about devising a system that would allow clients to do this.
It took some time (and we are constantly refining it) but our unique BUILD™ process allows potential clients to achieve their dreams with minimal risk or up-front financial exposure.
We have a team of specialists; a designer of great skill and experience, builders, tradespersons and suppliers excited by the challenge of unusual, detailed work and support staff such as estimators, administrators and building supervisors who share our passion.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that Stibbard Homes' clients enjoy total design flexibility with real budget control as well as personal, experienced and professional support throughout the building experience.
